Recording from Webinar on 30th November at 18:00 CET by Miguel Brines
Very few companies devote enough time to supply chain risk management. This is especially true for new projects and new supplier introductions. Generally, companies do not take corrective actions internally or with their suppliers until a major event has occurred. Instead, questions are raised after the occurance. Could it have been predicted? Were we aware of what could happen? What was done at the time to prevent it from happening? These are extreme cases, but they make it easier to understand what a risk is and, to a much lesser extent, we live surrounded by risks with our suppliers every day that we do not take the time to evaluate. All these topics will be discussed and explained during this Webminar.
